Rent is based on 30% gross monthly income. Rent for a 1-bedroom in the 102 and the 104 building ranges from $603-615 plus a security deposit of $603. Rent for a 1-bedroom in the 106 building ranges from $576-615 plus a security deposit of $576. Rent in the 102 and the 104 buildings includes ALL utilities.
