Enjoy the morning sun as you open up your shop located south facing on the busiest spot on Main (3RD) Street in International Falls! The Hideaway Ladies and Children’s Clothing store on the south side and the Serendipity Salon Suite on the north side with the Main Street Gallery historical photos being featured in the full-length corridor. The Hideaway’s owner is retiring at the end of August after 33 years in business however the owner of the 16′ x 20′ Serendipity Salon Suite would like to continue renting. The way the corridor is set up it would be fairly easy to add two more business rentals. The building was re-roofed one year ago and a new furnace and air conditioning were installed this summer!
