This 3-bedroom, 3-bath slab-on-grade cabin is built for the kind of lake life that doesn’t ask much of you. Single-level living, a fireplace at the center, and a quiet orientation toward Lake Irma — easy to arrive, easy to settle in, easy to stay a while. The scale invites smaller gatherings and slower mornings, with the full breadth of the resort waiting just beyond the door when the day calls for it.
Ownership is whole ownership, fee title — not a timeshare, not fractional. Owners receive a turnkey experience through Cragun’s Resort’s professional rental management program, with Rental Income Potential through a 50/50 split. Optional Golf Memberships and Boat Club access extend the season on both lake and links.
