The Hive, opened in 2017, quickly became a beloved community hub. Starting as a small coffee shop, it now offers a warm, welcoming space for gathering, connecting, and sharing great food and conversation. Coffee beans are roasted fresh weekly, ensuring top-quality coffee and lattes. All baked goods are made from scratch daily for freshness and flavor. The menu includes quick breakfast sandwiches and wholesome lunches made with locally sourced ingredients. There is ample seating, and a spacious banquet room provides extra overflow seating and space for private events. The owners are willing to assist with a smooth transition to a new owner. According to a city official, there is a full liquor license available if they choose to expand to include beer, wine, and cocktails. Additionally, up to $27K in grant money may be available in 2027 for a Main Street beautification project (to be confirmed by buyer and/or buyer’s agent).
